Cracker Barrel changes their mind on Duck Dynasty

From what I understand, and I have a pretty good contact who would know.........Direct Sales in Cracker Barrel corporate franchises were down 60% Yesterday, and even worse today.

Yea, I guess the pocketbook took a beating today.

Rednecks like there Duck Dynasty and they like their Christianity. When you jack with it, they TEND to speak with their pocketbook.

Didn't those ASS HATS at Cracker Barrel realize that the majority of their sales come from After Church Sunday Sales?

AND didn't they realize those same folks that do the "after church" purchasing are the demographic that spends the most in their **** hole establishment.

For a restaurant based out of a southern state they sure seem to not have a clue about their own customer base. What a colossal blunder that decision was. You would think after seeing the overwhelming support shown towards [I]Chick[/I]-[I]Fil-A [/I]about a year ago they would have been a little smarter.

Under Armor and another sponsor of Duck Dynasty have both said that they will stick with Phil Robertson and don't really care what the Gay Community said.

Good to see that the business community is sticking with Phil Robertson.

I'm not that religious but I believe that people have a right to believe in Christ and I support Phil in his beliefs. He should not have been fired for saying what he believes.

A&E screwed up! IMHO. And they will end up paying dearly for this mistake. Hopefully.
