Taylorsville Lake Condition

I would like to fish Taylorsville on Sunday. Has the lake thawed enough to launch at the State Ramp?

I drove across the dam yesterday, solid sheet of ice over the main lake.. Did not drive down to the state ramp but did not look promising from what I saw at the dam.
