I'm thinking pretty much the same pattern as last week.............
I will be throwing lots and lots of cranks, and slowing down.
Man, I cannot wait :) I will let you guys know what I find out.

I will be down there in April. First I will visit my son at Murray then if things and weather go right I may stay for a week because I was planning to go back down the week after to see my son again. So, why leave if I don't have to, right? :D
Amen brother. I am hoping to get down Friday afternoon myself if I can break away. My jerk bait arm is twitching already. I can't wait to hook up with some good ones! If you run across a fish and ski with a long legged mercury optimax stop by and we can trade fish stories!

Man, the crankbait bite at Ky lake is ON like donkey kong. We had 29 today with a few keepers. FUN, FUN, FUN.
The bottom is dropping out of the temps overnight, so we're not going to fish tomorrow. I think driving home in sleet and freezing rain is not my idea of fun, so we both decided to call it tomorrow morning.
It was a pretty good trip though.

That's sounds like a lot of fun, glad to hear you are hitting it right. I am trying to plan a trip to Barkley for a friend and myself for the second week of April, I hope we don't miss the frenzy.

We did very well on Barkley. Had a double limit including a 6.4, 5.4, and another about 4 for the better ones. It took a while to tune into them but they were on once we did. Warm day, major front moving in, and even a full moon to round it out. Shame we can't go again tomorrow but I'll be back on them soon...

Man, I could not get on them Friday on North Barkley. Tried a ton of different spots, just could not get them to cooperate. We ended up with 12 on Friday.
