Gonna be taking my 8 yo son to green this weekend for crappie and bass. Does anyone have any info on the bite, water conditions, etc?
He is starting to catch the fishing bug, hoping to get him on some fish to keep that desire up so momma will let us go more often. Lol
I was bass fishing at green today. The bite was good. I had a limit of keepers today early. The fish seem to be in the cuts on the main lake and the mouths of the creeks. I had 20-30 fish today. I am not sure if your son fishes artificial or not but I was using a crawfish imitator. I was just amazed at the water color today after all the rain. Nice green color. Looked great!
One of my buddys who builds custom rods has a tournament down on green river today dunno if its on the river or lake part hes in cambellsville
