Stay in Kentucky! Our lakes ****!
Seriously, its a tough lake that will fish similar to Patoka. Half of it is idle zone, which can be good. But it is difficult to navigate. The other half will be covered with boats from there to Indianapolis. Save your gas.

what he said
but if you absolutely have to fish it, it has a lot of rock and from what I hear the grass is coming back a little. I've done well there on crankbaits and jigs, I've caught a few on a big worm. Like toomanycasts said the "fast side" will be covered up with so many party boats that it'll be hard to fish some creeks. probably your best bet would be to put in at the pine grove ramp and flip the cover up stream around the first bend and just keep going upstream from there. it's super shallow so you have to stay in the channel but there are a lot of good fish up there
