Rough river

Been working a ton and now I finally get to make my 2nd trip to rough this year. So needless to say I have no clue how the fishing is right now. How is the bass fishing? Are they still deep? And are the hybrids still coming up? Wouldn't mind catching a few for the grill. Thanks.

Fished Rough one day last week and the bite was tough. The bass were deep still and not many bites at all. Water was clear and the temperature was 84.

Yeah it's nearly impossible for me to catch a bass there this time of year. I usually just resort to crappie fishing. I'll probably just bass fish at night. Thanks

Well I'm headed there tomorrow. Anymore advice? I know more than one person has went recently.

I heard yesterday that the night bite has been much better last week. For day try worms and jigs about 15-20 deep. Good luck!
