Laural River/ Cumberland

I am heading to Laural tomorrow and Cumberland on Tuesday.At Laural I plan on trolling for trout/ Walleye and bass. Cumberland I will troll as well. Waiting for rotator cuff surgery so chucking lures all day is out of the question.
does anyone know where I can buy minnows near Laural?.
I was thinking of staying in summer set at the hampton inn. Does any ever stay there? Parking for a boat?
I travel allot so it's a free room some what close to the lake.otherwaise I'd stay in jamestown.
I know lots of questions so any info would be appeciated. I'll post up when I get back
