What's interesting is the [B]first[/B] group [B]"worked for"[/B] their money , but the [B]second [/B][B]didn't.[/B][/SIZE]
[SIZE=4][B]3. [/B][B]Department of Social Services[/B] ([B]welfare payments[/B]) is proud to be distributing this year the greatest amount of [B]free[/B] [B]money[/B] ever . Meanwhile, the National Forest Service [/SIZE][B][SIZE=4]asks [/SIZE][/B][SIZE=4]us [B]"Please Do Not Feed the Animals."[/B] The stated reason for this policy is because [/SIZE][SIZE=4][B]"The animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."[/B][/SIZE]
