There are no bass guides on Green
anybody been out since the rain Friday? wondering what the water looked like.
Chocolate milk over most of the lake. Mud lines were moving down from both ends of the lake saturday. Didnt seem to affect the fishing too bad though
Supposed to be heading down Friday morning to bass fish for the weekend. Any hope of the lake clearing up some by then? I have only been there once so not too familiar with the lake. Will be launching from the state park ramp.
I got out for a few minutes before the storm yesterday and water color was better than expected around the state park and the water is warming up. We did get more rain today and are expected to get even more tomorrow and friday. Hopefully it doesnt come up much more than it is right now

Do you plan on heading out any Thursday or Friday? I have a tourney Saturday and will not see the lake until then. Any help with lake conditions would be much appreciated!
What tourney is down there this weekend??
We were supposed to be having a usa bassin out there saturday but it may be cancelled. I rode to the lake tonight and ramp 1 is about a foot from being unusable and its supposed to come up another 3ft by saturday. That should cover the parking lot and theyll likely close the ramp. Water color was actually clearer than id expected. Lone valley ramp the waters nearly up to the turnaround and there was quite a bit of floating debris with some of it being large stuff. If you have your tourny i doubt youll be launching at ramp 1
Any changes?

Are there any safe ramps to launch from right now? Is it worth the trip from Louisville to fish Green right now with these water conditions? Not wanting to risk it considering I just got my boat and hate to make that drive for unfishable conditions. Thanks for the updates.
