Anybody been lately? Going Sat. For bass. Wondering what the water looks like. I'm sure they are in post spawn right now so any info would be greatly appreciated.

Fished there this morning. Oddly, the water felt warmer than the air. The water has the familiar murkiness to it but is otherwise clear for a foot or so. This cold front might slow things a bit but I was catching saugeye, catfish, and small hybrids. Something is rounding up the baitfish and hitting them, prolly hybrids.
Good luck
Much appreciated

Saugeye at Guest Creek? I don't think so.

Think again because they were stocked there a few years ago.

Yes they sure are what freak said
This one was 17". Marina in the backround. I've been catching them on chartreuse gulp minnows fished on the bottom.
While I appreciate the Saugeye info, anybody have bass info?
Well caught my PB Saturday morning on a Berkley ribbon tail power worm black. She weighed 5.2.

Wow! I had no idea.
I've always fished the Ohio for Sauger and guest Creek for crappie.
How come this is never mentioned?
