If it is on the bottom or near floatation foam you may need to remove the deck/foam first.
If you do remove the deck don't replace the wood with treated wood. The copper that is in treated wood now can cause bad problems with the aluminum. Use true marine plywood as replacement for the deck. I don't have any idea where you get that. I would call some quality boat manufacturers.
You can also try some trailer repair places (semi trailers) for welding.
Thanks, I took the front deck out very easily just to take a look. I'm taking it today to get an estimate. There is no reason to replace the deck as its in good shape.
You may want to consider Pluckebaums Houseboats. They did some work for me years ago.
