I thought I would post a report from Wednesday evening. We fished the tournament from 7-11. 8lbs and change won with big fish being 3 something. We managed to have one keeper that was 2.5lbs. Caught a couple more short fish but other than that fishing was tough for us. I haven't fished there in quite a while but the abundance of shad has really increased. They are everywhere. Maybe it's just me but it's to the point that there is almost too many if that's possible. We caught our fish on shakey heads and worms on some of the deeper banks. Hope someone finds this useful!

A friend and I went down Wednesday morning. I had one that was 4.6 and several in the 1.5 to 3 lbs. range. Caught most on buzz bait and crank bait. But it seemed like they would bite everything I threw. Nice little lake, but not much parking. The ramp leaves a lot to be desired, but I will be back again.

Im headed down in the morning to try it as long as Richmond dont flood out. Last time I went out I only managed a few small ones. I will post a report. Looking to try some deeper stuff

what time is the tourney Sunday morn? What's the entry and times? Also is there a membership?

I think Sundays tournament is from 7 to 1. There is no club membership. Anyone can fish it.

Anyone know the entry fee?

It's No more than $40 I think.

Fished today from 0630 til 1ish. Only caught 7 but 5 were keepers with 4 being little footballs 1 1/2 to 2lbs. Water is 76 and up several feet with good green color. Ramp is very hard to launch alone unless you want to wade water. Caught all my fish on worms on wood tight to the bank.

No floating moss that I saw anywhere. Only grass/moss I saw was behind the dock
