Supreme Court Justices don't often die while in office.

in the last 60 years or so only two justices have died while still sitting on the Bench. Most chose to retire before they died. This shows that it's total BS that the GOP is claiming that there is precedent in not appointing a supreme court justice to the bench in the Presidents last year in office. Presidents are required to nominate people to the Supreme Court when there is a vacancy on the court. And the President is elected for FOUR years not three.

And for the record, I've been called quite a bit on this site......Racist, Bigot, *******, etc, etc. I even had one of your liberal buddies actually threaten me......

I appreciate you alternative opinion. I may not agree with you all the time but I admire you determination to fight the good fight.

There are many GOP senators living in Typical Blue states that are in danger in this upcoming election.

My only hope is that if they are replaces it's with a Senator that will fight to preserve the 2nd amendment.

And if anyone is added to the scotus they will also preserve the right to bear arms.

I'm rooting for someone that will help protect the clean water and air acts. We need to keep our air and water clean and healthy for this nation to survive.
