Nolin Last week

Spent vacation at our place at Nolin last week , my pal let me use his dock for the week ! Thanks Kurt!


The fish are suspended, down about 12ft , choking on a Flickr Shad , caught 5 species on that bait including 3 'eyes ....that were too short (dang it ) , But I got whites at that depth too. Didn't see the first jump tho' water temp not warm enough in my opinion . Maybe be starting up soon with the last 3 days of heat

I fished 7 straight days ..........took me a couple to get the pattern . It wont be long until the jumps start and that is my favorite fishing on Nolin in the summer ..the LM boil on the surface too, sometimes along with the whites

Which part of the lake are you on? Ive got place near wax and I've got a slip out near the big island. Glad to hear you caught a few eyes. That's a good sign.

As far as the jumps go it outta be soon. I'd love to get into the whites in the jumps but I rarely see them. Only come across them by accident most the time.
