At times unintentionally a rifle may be in the boat Sometimes we float the river during various seasons
you can have a gun on the boat. If you are hunting and what you shoot, falls on the bank then you are trespassing on private property if you go get it and breaking game laws if you don't.

You forgot to add if you have gotten permission from the land owner trespassing isn't an issue
