I have never been to Nolin Lake, but I'd like to make the trip this fall. My question concerns the boat ramps. When the lake is drawn down to winter pool are all the ramps still useable? If not, which ramps are useable and are the best to use. Thanks for any info.
I use the ramp at the state park.

Moutardire ramp is launch able all year I do believe.

Yep. Pretty good ramp too.
Nolin is small enough it is not a long run to just about anywhere except way up river from the state park ramp.
