Nolin
Crappie fished last Saturday from 10a-7p and caught 14 keepers, 8 of which were 11-12.5 inches. Couldn't get a single bite on jig, all caught on minnows in around 8-10 feet. Only caught about 4-5 short fish. Good quality, poor numbers.
Going again this weekend....if anyone has a report it would be appreciated.
Sure seems like folks are tight lipped regarding Nolin, Rough and Green on here these days.
I'll post another report when I return.

I havent been down in awhile but we had been fishing from wax and on up river and doing really well. Warm days the fish were up shallow. Minnows and jigs it didn't matter what you threw at em. Ive been targeting white bass lately and backed off the crappie. The lakes up 9 feet from winter pool and id say pretty muddy so might be tough fishing. Good luck

Sorry for the slow reply on last weekend's report. I only got to fish about 4 hours on Saturday afternoon and stayed in Dog Creek the entire time. Water was in good shape with a little stain but not bad. Caught 6 keepers, 5 females with eggs not ready yet. All came on a jig from brush in 10 feet of water but were in the upper half of the brush. Had to be fished sloooooow. Maybe this weekend is the weekend they turn back on. Water was 63 Saturday afternoon
