The headline is misleading. You either planned that or you don't care to read the article.. I will spell it out for you.
The funding of the Administration of Social Security will be cut......the bureaucratic ******** will be cut by 1 billion dollars, and that is a **** good thing.......I hate gubment offices like this. USELESS.
