Bullock Pen Lake

Took a ride today to Bullock Pen, was thinking about a fishing trip this week. Much to my surprise there was a sign that said Area closed. A lot of heavy construction equipment there. The old house on the property is gone, the ramp isn't their either. Curious if this is a private venture or possibly a new ramp from ky dnr? I guess it will be Boltz Lake.
