Troll some jointed shad raps in 15 ft of water . It's a great search method , may even get a muskie

Things I learned at Green River Lake:
1. We should have been crappie fishing. They were stacked up on top of 15-20 foot drops like you would not believe. I usually have some panfish baits with me, but not this time.
2. The bass bite is early and late. (duh)
3. I'd like to fish it at night sometime.
4. It's a beautiful lake.
5. 20,000 other boaters think it's a beautiful lake.
I caught about a dozen fish with 2 keepers and 3-4 hawg sac au lait. All on a DB22 with what I usually think of as more of a fall color, orange/red.
