Falls of the Ohio parking

How do you get to the area close to the falls?I was under the train bridge to day didn't see any kind of path.Thanks

Park at the Park.......you have to get a yearly pass...........

There are also trails from "here" if you park here. This will still be a walk to the good areas to fish, but you won't have to pay.
