Interesting eminent domain case between states.

Basically a 99 year old agreement allows Nebraska to take land from Colorado for irrigation purposes, and that is EXACTLY what the governor or Nebraska plans to do.

I don't know much about the story, but did read it .

looking up the platte aagreement, provides this document. lots of lawyer speak, but it looks like the supreme court already weighed in on this.

Still gonna be interesting, I think.
