It's always good to be prepared
Batten the hatches boys , she's angry and cold and on her way.
Filled the cans with kerosene and ran the heaters fo a bit to make sure they are ready.
Filled the gas can for the generator amd gave it a warm up run.
Gas logs are working (fingers crossed on that one, they let us down a couple years ago) everything is new now so....
Filled all the vehicles up.
This has been a very expensive preparation but nothing compared to not being prepared.
Good luck hope everyone stays safe and warm through this monster storm.
I just don't go out. I'm fine as long as the heat or power does not go out. I'm screwed if that happens. I would have to get all dressed up in my winter clothing and drive across town to my house and hope the power is on there.
My doctor ordere a new medicine and I'm waiting for it to be delivered. But I doubt it will get delivered until the roads get better. They are frozen over and still have ice and compacted snow covering the pavement.
