I've seen them at WalMart. You might try there. Incidentally, have you noticed a difference in current production in the vibration? I have some OLD silver buddies where the weight wasn't painted/plated and the vibration in the 1/2oz seems tighter/faster than newer ones.
I agree I use buddys all the time I am not sure but if you look at the old ones and compare to the new the holes don't look like they are in the same spot also originals I think only have one hole? I buy them in bulk and put my on snap rings and hooks on and they figure out to about 1.99 a pc shipping included I use red Diacchi hooks on some as well as paint them myself but use silver mainly. e-mail me if interested in my outlet I am at work now and can't remember his site or e-mail address
The old ones do only have the one hole. Current 1/2oz models seem to vibrate like the old 3/4oz....a lot heavier and wider. At one time there was an outfit in Ohio selling what they called the Silver Lucky. Very similar, but the weight had a totally different shape. I fished them and they were as good as the real thing.
Dale Hollow One Stop can get you whatever you need in the way of Silver Buddies and you can also get them directly from Silver Buddy at RETAIL PRICES. They will not undercut their retail dealers which I believe is fair.
