[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Apr-06-06 AT 07:23PM (EST)[/font][p]An unusual weekday tournament at West Boggs on April 3rd and 5th by the Wal-Mart Bass Masters club has proven the viability of fishing on days besides Saturdays and Sundays. The event had 21 entries. First place went to a M. Ruddick with 5 fish totaling 15lb. 3 oz. The big fish prize went to a J. Smith for a 6 lb 10 oz. bass. Not a bad fishing trip for April!
That 6-10 is nice fish for Boggs. What's the largest confirmed bass taken out of there since the lake was redone?
There was a 7 lbs 10 oz weighed in 3 weeks ago and my partner and I weighed in a 7 lb 4 oz last weekend. Have heard about a couple over 8.

Does anyone know if there will be any OPEN midweek tournaments at West Boggs in the future. I've never fished the lake and a midweek tournament would be ideal. Maybe some retired person with organizational skills could get something going......
