Cataract or Racoon, which would you fish if you were trying to make sure a buddy caught fist

Have a buddy coming in from out of town. We're going to fish Monroe for one day and either Cataract or Racoon the 2nd day. Would like to know some opinions on which lake would be the better choice for catching fish.

Our target fish would be anything that bites, but would like to get onto some decent bass, catfish, wiper, white bass, walleye as preferred species.

If you wanna go for wiper and walleye too then Raccoon would be the better choice, don't go on the weekend though. It gets really rough out there.
