RE: Nolin & Green Walleyes
There is either little interest in walleye around KY or it a tightly held secret. It is really hard to come by info about the tasty critters. They are in both of the lakes mentioned though. I have moderate luck trolling a bottom bouncing nightcrawler during the summer months. In the winter they seem to prefer larg minows or crankbaits. In a month or two they will start their spawning migration. Look for them up the major river arms and around the **** face. The tail water might hold some as well.
Can't give you any pointer on fishing for them right now. They are most likely scattered all over the lake.
Good luck, please post a report if you have any luck with 'em!
RE: Nolin & Green Walleyes
Been wondering the same thing MasBass. Think I'll give it a couple more weeks and then try Nolin river (maybe sooner, cabin fever is setting in!). If there's anything there I'll give you a shout.
