Does anyone know how to view the maps installed on these chips " HOT SPOTS & NAVIONICS HOT MAPS " on their computer? I know you need a reader/writer to put the chip in but where do you get the software for the P.C.?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you own Garmin then you can go to te Garmin website and do a search for Marine Data management Kit. All it is, is cable with a USB connector on one end and a small device to insert card on the other. It also come with all software and an additional 16MB card. Hope this helps.
