I have not seen it in there.. If your making your post regarding ike's dumb move of throwing back a dead fish then I think your right, it shouldnt be allowed in any state...Whatever happened to honesty and just taking what you got...lol it's alot better than getting dq! Anyway i dont know what kentuckys law on that is.. Im going to start next spring in eastern to a degree in fisheries biology and im going to work for kdfw.If there's no law i will try to mention it sometime in the near future.If I even have any power in that department.lol
I asked a Ky warden of this once and he said all the law means is what you have in possesion. Nothing about throwing back a dead one. He said I quote "I just hope people dont throw away their live ones to keep fresh ones". That was several years back. May have changed by now. Give em a call.
