Dix River (any reports new or old?)

I'm halfway considering trying it out...has anybody fished there within the past year?

Where at on Dix above the dam or below ?

I fished the upper Herrington/Dix River this weekend. The whites aren't there. We caught a few LMs (1 keeper), a couple of whites and a decent flathead. All on crankbaits.

I was there Saturday 04/01 caught some small LM on Spinnerbaits and a 3inch Rapala along the edges of lay downs. Nothing on a jig. water temp was 56 to 58. I only went up to the Cabin on the left side of the river. Ramp at High Bridge in good shape.
