Better Focus of our Energy?
There have been over 1000 views about the post on the Tournament Cheaters, but fewer than that for Tony.
Would our energies not be better spent on helping a young man who is ill and whose house was destroyed by the Hurricane.
I for one will not worry about cheaters or give them one thought. (Other than to scorn them on the lake)
Better to help Tony than to worry about two worthless human beings, in my HUMBLE but correct opinion.

Jim,
I am with you Jim on the cheater stuff. Lesson learned, use it in the future and leave it be.
How about at the get together everyone that catches fish someone, I will if I make it, take a picture with the fish and donate a lure. I think or hope that most of these people will do that for this kid! I believe it will be a more worth wild task.
RE: Better Focus of our Energy?
Great thought Jim, Iwill be sending along a card and lure to Tony myself. I will not be able to attend the get together, but wouldn't it be nice to have a card and box there to allow all who can be there to sign a card and pitch a lure in the box to be sent on to Tony from his friends at Fishin.com.
RE: Better Focus of our Energy?
I must have missed something. What happened?
Great IDEA, and how about this?
Even if we have already sent something, let's consider this as an extension to the get together idea...
We all bring whatever legal fish we catch to the scale, even if we think it will not win. We take one group picture of everyone holding their fish up. Each of us donate one new lure, even if it is new, and $5 for the sister. Then we ask Jim to print the picture out, mail it, the lures, and an American Express Gift Check (purchased with our $5 donations) down to Louisanna?
I've got my $5 and my new lure. I'll bring my wife's digital camera... it is a 5 megapixel. She won't come with me, but I will use it to take the picture or ask someone else if I am lucky enough to have a fish of my own to show off.
Heck, I'll even print it on our photo printer and mail it to Jim.
Just a thought, I think we could all do a little more, and as someone else pointed out, we should also remember the sister who went through the painful surgery to help her brother.
