Easy lakes in the state for Bass??? panfish???

Well we got the hard lakes taken care of, so what's the easiest lake for Bass? Panfish? My vote for both would be Kentucky and Barkley but I havn't fished most. If Reelfoot wasn't 99% in Tennessee it would get my panfish vote. On another note the easiest place to catch fish in Kentucky would have to be the Cumberland River in my opinion. I can't think of another water that produces 25-50 fish per boat almost year round (trout). Yes I've had bad days there but very few.
