In the top horizontal grey bar click on "top". That always takes yu to the tip level page of the fourms.

A kind of sweet way to change boards when you are reading one, or finish one is if you are on the topics page, where you see all the topics to read, press the "end" button on your computer keyboard, and you get to the bottom of the page. You will see on the right hand bottom corner a box that says something like "Jump to another forum" and it has a down arrow. Click on the down arrow, and you get the link to every single forum on this site. You can also find this same drop down menu when you click on the "view all" for any topic.
