DT-4 in bluegill or parrot, Flat DT-7 in parrot, size 8 deep runner shad rap, Lucky Craft LVR10(similar to a rattle trap) in silver/blue back, and a DT-16 or DD22 would be my picks. These 5 are good producers for me and they cover all the key depths from shallow to deep. Just my favorite 5, I'm sure you'll get all kinds of answers though and for good reason. Everyone has their own set of comfort/confidence lures, and those are my five most productive cb's.
Shad colored DT 6 or 10, Shad or Tennessee Shad Shad Rap in size 5.

Then I have some really old baits that were made out of Balsa Wood by a company that went out of business..
I also will use the Poe's baits.. I like shad and chartreuse//
Not much luck with Lucky Craft but I LOVE the way they work. I still try to pull them out, when I am fishing.. but no real luck.
Smacktackle.com is making a new Gizzard Shad bait that guides tell me is kicking a$$ on Cumberland for Stripers and for Bass.
