Hey Danny
Since you wussed out on me and couldn't go to Nolin for our trip, I decided to take my boat and try Rough River Lake. With the blue sky and high pressure I really didn't expect to catch anything (like we talked about for Nolin) but I had an acceptable day. I caught seven bass, all about 15 inches. Caught them all on crankbaits, but didn't try much else because the wind was too much to feel anything.
I hope you feel better soon and we can try for Nolin again.

RE: Hey Danny
LMAO... instead of calling me a wuss, I wish you had started that word with a "p" so I could at least reply that you are what you eat...LOL
Hey, sorry I couldn't make it, but for your sake, be glad. It evolved into a full blown migrain and I spent the entire bed on meds, with the blinds pulled and slept, and slept... etc....
Glad you caught some fish. We had some cloud cover roll in around 11, from what I've been told that was the time the clouds arrived, and I thought if you were at Nolin, and it had some clouds too, I thought you would be doing well.
I owe you for a full day of fishing, my treat, even the ice cream afterwards. No bets, nothing... all my treat!!
Today, my head is just sore, and even the light of the computer screen hurts...LOL
We'll make it out before the winter sets in... I hope.
Tight lines and God Bless

RE: Hey Danny
You don't owe me a thing, Danny, much less the ice cream, I'll beat you fair and square for that when we do go. I am just glad you are feeling better. But, after your remark about "before winter sets in", I think that calling you a "wuss" was RIGHT ON!! Why do you let a little thing like winter stop you from fishing--hard water maybe, just just winter--I'll keep fishing. (LOL)

You misunderstand...LOL
Fishing before winter sets in has nothing to do with air or water temps, but has to do with my being married!!!!
LOL
