RE: How to "Foward" e-mails
VERY GOOD tips Bonefish.
One other thing I would add, is make sure you are forwarding your message as inline text. Otherwise you will forward an attachment that is not editable, and your recipieant will not only have to open your message, but then open additional windows as he/she opens the attachments.
BTW, I too have now gotten on several "spam" email lists. Not much good or fun.
Tight lines and God Bless

Thanks, Danny, for adding that.
RE: How to "Foward" e-mails
All very good advice and I will add one more thing to do.
Frequently, I get emails from people that have a long list of addresses in their email but also they are forwarding an email that has already been forwarded several times, in other words, you have to keep opening the attachments to get to the first email. I have had to open as many as 10 attachments to get to the "orignal" topic that is being forward. Everyone one of those attachment have a list of addresses that a spammer loves to get a hold of.
So, when you get those chain eamils and you want to forward the original message, do your forwarding from the LAST ATTACHMENT or the orignal email and use the BCC as stated above. You can do it that way and it will put a stop to all the in between address lists.

Hey Bonefish are you the same guy that talked to my brother at the ramp when you put your boat in at the ramp at cc if so that was Wormin----We had a hard day trying to find some good fish,he did get one around 17 inchs---Looks like we guys need to put our names on our boats, or buy hats that tell who we are to each other- lol- gl to you all
RE: How to "Foward" e-mails
That would be a good idea. It is good to see someone who you read their comments on the board. I have to admit it was a difficult day Saturday to get a fish to bite. It makes you paranoid when you try everything you know and have the fish under you and they have their minds on other things. It was good to see you guys.
Do away with attachments....
Grumpy,
You are 100% right. That's why I suggested the forwarding as inline text. It is especially bad when it comes from AOL users. No offense intended to AOL users. It just seems that AOL's default setting is to forward as an attachment, instead of inline text. Outlook express' default is inline text. My yahoo also forwards as an attachment, so I have to do the manuel select as forward as inline text.
Love the tips.... keep them coming... and for those of you who got emails from me tonight, I apologize... I know on one of the messages I forgot to delete the original email addresses. Blew that one.
Tight lines and God Bless
Danny
RE: Do away with attachments....
Danny, I didn't know what you were talking about "in line text" and I also hadn't realized that the people that send me those long lines of attachments were all AOL users. I want back and looked after I read you post and they were.
About your trip to Rough, we had the same experience of the fish smacking crankbaits on the back hook (and getting hooked under the jaw) at Nolin last week. One other thing, some of those big ones that fought for a while then got off may have been Gar.
Did you get the water temperatures?
