compression on 1996- Evinrude 150 Intruder
I just had compression checked on my motor and wondering if I have any worries. I know that all motors are different, but I seem to get a different answer with everyone I talk to. I do mix my oil, and I mix it a little ric, and wondering if this could affect it. What would you do?
1- 111
2- 108
3- 105
4- 108
5- 100
6- 90
Thanks for all responses.

Well that number 6 cylinder is not good but some of the others are obviously off alittle too as long as you stay 110+ you'll be fine but that one cylinder has something going on with it, seal, rings, something. Is the motor running good? If so, then don't worry about it, dont fix it until it breaks, its going to be a costly fix either way and if its still running may want to try to sell it b4 you have to have it overhauled.

pull off the head head and check the cylender,if you do before it blows you can get buy cheaper cause you may save everything but pistons rings and a bore job.if i had done that to my first 200 instead of running it til it blew i'd
saved about 2 grand. If you mix it rich you may have a ring carboned up and
scored the cylender wall.do put in all new bearings too.
