Me and a couple buddies are planning on heading to Nolin to do some fishin this weekend due to the warm weather, just wondering if anyone know what its like down there. Saw barren was still cold a little frozen over....just wonderin what it was like on Nolin

Well spoke with a guy this evening said water was around 37 deg and fairly clear, most of the ice gone this afternoon. I will also warn you we pull some pretty cruel jokes on each other so not saying he lied to me but may be trying to get me to go to find it ICED OVER for a laugh.
Be hard pressed for it to be thawed this quick after two plus weeks below freezing...Lake was reported to be froze over....Good Luck if you go and it is thawed out.....But I seriously doubt it is.....
