Using black blue jig and pig and #8 X-rap. Also just got in tonight from there water looks like it was really muddy like yellow muddy. No boat today went after work I was there around 6 Oclock. Thanks for the info! I'm hoping to scrounge up gas money to get down there by the end of the week. Sounds like you get to fish there on a regular basis. I really want to concentrate on that lake this spring because I'm well aware of its potential. The bad thing about going there through the week by yourself is you never know when you might need a good net man. If I manage to get down there, I'll post my results.

Re: Kincaid
I would like to get an update if by chance anyone sees what the water looks like for the weekend. I am thinking about fishing Kincaid but i don't know if the water will be to muddy. Please let me know. Also i am not sure if my boat is to big for the lake. I read in the boating guide that your boat can't be more than like 18' 10" and mine is 19' 2" so i don't want to get nailed for this. If anyone knows if it is ok for me to use my boat then let me know or i might just chance it. Thanks

Went to Kincaid yesterday, 3/22. Got nothing. Fished from 8:00 to noon. Visibility about 6 inches or less. Temps 50 to 52.

Re: Kincaid
Rules and Regs say 18'10" is the maximum size boat, 10 HP or less.

Re: Kincaid
t glass, they do not enforce the 18' 10" reg. NEVER in 7 years of fishing that lake have I heard of that, I see 20'ers up there all the time, hit it up!

Re: Kincaid
I went thursday after work and saw a big glass boat there, far as fishing, the fish I have been catching have come from bitsybug blk/blue 1/8 with pork trailer, and #8 x-rap silver. The water is muddy or heavily stained 6 inches or less visibility. Things should start getting good, this is a very decent early spring lake, and yesterday I only had 2 fish from a pound to pound and ahalf, one from jig and x-rap
