Just wondering if anyone made it down to center hill in the last few days?? I got a small company tourney that I am thinking about fishing in this coming weekend (3-31) and was wanting to get some info if possible. Thanks...283

Roger --- haven't been....... heard it is a tough bite though......... some have caught them on the shakey heads with finese worms and others with crankbaits.... This Saturday, 312 March is the Tennessee Bassfishing Club Championship now called the "Governor's Tourny" hosted by Leadership Putnam.... last year was the first with approx. 90 boats and they are expecting that or more with a $4k first place check all the way down to 12th place money (many handouts and drawings too) -- supposed to be well run that goes outta' Ragland Bottoms...... Getting back to CH -- again, its feast or famine for most...... you being familiar should put a limit over the bow though ......tight lines...let me know how you do...I'm headed to Dale to see if the BFL last weekend left any fish in there (2 BFLs this month there since they moved Cumberland Lakes' 3 March tourney there due to no H2O on the ramps)......
Thanks for the reply Dover, thought you might have slipped off to the hill this past weekend. Good luck up at the hollow. From what I heard, the bite up there this past weekend was pretty tough as well, but I am sure there is a few of them scrappers still left in that pond... LOL. Heard the same about the hill on the choice of lures, with the jerk bait early and the jig on a deeper bite up in the morning on the hollow. Will holler at you on the results, and do the same for me on the hollow. Don't forget the texas red hot lip cranks either, it should be time for them to be tearing it up on them. Be safe and catch one for me till I can make it up there...Roger
