Went to Cedar yesterday and had excelent luck.
Caught 12 bass one that was 21 inches and another that was 18.5 inches. The other 10 where about 12 to 15 inches. That afternoon we tried the crappie and caught 60 in 2 hours.
The lake is over 100 miles from my house but I will for sure go back.
Any of them crappie keepers by any chance?
Two of them where about 10 inches and the rest where all around 8.

The last two years I've caught hundreds of crappie from that lake and not one of them was 8 inches long. I doubt any were over 6. I guess I don't know what I'm doing.
We where catching the bass on soft plastic and spinner baits.
The crappie where on tube jigs about 2 feet deep.
There was another boat close to us that probably caught 200 crappie and they had 15 keepers.
I hope to get back down there soon and catch some more bucket mouths.
