Falls of the Ohio

Anyone have any advice on fishing the Falls of the Ohio?

I went down friday for a few hours and casted 1/4 oz white and chartreuse jigs. I caught two drum bouncing the jig off the bottom. I also saw several folks catching catfish and I hybrid or striper, I wasn't close enough to tell, mainly on cut bat and fishing on the bottom.
