Old or not used rods and or reels

Guys,

I an trying to get a bunch of rods and reels together to donate after restringing them and basic check-up to make sure the rod and reel are okay to use. I am sure most of us have an old rod and reel that we no longer use, might be a push button, open face or whatever kind you might have just sitting in an old tackle box or in the corner just taking up space. The goal in this small project I have is to get more kids and grown ups and young adults into fishing (because isn't it about getting out and fellowshipping with friends and to meet new people?).

I was going to contact KY Fish and Wildlife and see what groups they know of or if they have a class. If any of you all know of anything or can donate a rod or reel or even fishing line just send me an email and we can get together and get this off to a great start. I do not have alot right now but I have about 7 rods and reels to donate right now.
