I need some electrical work on my boat. I am leaving it at Lake C. Who have you used in the past and how do you rate them?
The reason I ask is I left my boat with a guy down there and I just didn't get a good feeling from him.
Have you had any bad experiences?
i would recommend lookout marine.i have all of my repairs done here jim bob & his crew are good.he has a mechanic (dwight flynn) best i know to work on mercury motors.

Where are they located? Do they work on boat trailers as well?
they are on hiway 27 on the left before you get into burnside.yes they work on trailers to .

Go to All Boats Service, They are located the same place as Plapp's Pro Outdoors, they do a really good job. The store is on Highway 90 next to Lake Cumberland Outdoors

I dont highly recommend lookout... had some bad experiences with them. if u are willing to drive a little stokleys marine is by far the best marine machanics that i know of...
i have dealt with lookout marine since they have been in business ,jimbob has always treated me fair & honest. they have a mechanic as i mentioned before dwight flynn is the best mercury motor mechanic in the state of ky.i have known him for over twenty five years, i know several guys that bring their boats from ohio & fla. to have him work on them.
