fished cedar from 6:30p - 9:30p out of a friends boat. water clear with temp in the 82-83 range. caught 9 - none bigger than 12 inches on zell pop and spinnerbait. fished lower end of lake as friend had trouble with his gas motor. fish were sluggish and would not take buzzbait - definitely preferred the pop r. good luck.
Yeah we tried the Buzzbait as well early Sunday morning with no takers but the Pop'r worked. We found alot of baitfish in the coves and at times we could smell them pretty thick. I only wish the water had more stain to it....
Whenever anyone talks about CC they are always day fishing. Anyone ever night fish that lake.
Night is the only time I fish it.
