Either sounds good to me right now ZX150. Ctfshwhisker and I were to fish today, but I threw my back out last weekend. I've been pretty much laid up on meds, trying to get back on my feet. I just got back from my chiropractor, ..... again...., and he clearly told me no fishing at all this week. Funny thing, it was the same thing my wife told me in front of him earlier in the week. Not sure it was medical or marriage advice I was getting from him LMAO.
I've only fished Nolin twice, once with Grumpy and once with Ctfshwhisker, and I have to say, I am falling in love with that lake.
I know you can catch smallies from GRL, but what about Nolin or Rough??
Anyone??
Thanks,
Danny
Nolin has water in it Rough does not..... it is very very low, not even sure how many ramps are useable.... unless you know rough well, i would think it would be an easy choice.
Did good last week at Rough but heard it has slowed a bunch this week. Just want to make the best use of my time. Thanks for your input Ryan.
rough has been a little better than nolin, this stout cold front they may be even.i'd like to go to rough since i havn't been there for a while.
Go to Rough and report back, I have a tourny there soon!! :D
I had a good day! 6 keepers and 20 slots. All fish came on white buzz bait, white spinner bait and a green pumpkin jig. Hope this helps someone tomorrow. Ryan
Congrats sounds like a fun day!! Which lake did you end up at?
Rough River.
