You all can have Cedar Creek!

I did not see what all the hype was over this lake as I went for the first time yesterday. Fished most of the day with about 20 crappie nothing even close to a keeper and 5 bass with the largest maybe 13 inches. Water to me from rock lines was about 6 feet down, only one useable ramp at the dam, other ramps were obviously not thought out for low water. Way too much timber in the water. That just gives the fisherman too much to cover. I am all for cover but this was rediculous. Not worth the 2 hour drive from Louisville.

:) It's tough right now but go back in the Spring and Summer you will be pleased.

yea went about a month ago had 15 in 2 hours.ended up with 25 by noon started at 7:00 am

also fished cedar for the first time today,75-80 crappie caught from 7:30 until 2:00 with 2 of use and not 1 keeper in the bunch.:eek: seen a pic at the bait store of a 16 inch,must have been a freak.

Well bigrod sorry to hear you had a bad trip man--for the crappie there i would not wet a line for them little suckers--But for those bass i would drive 4 hrs for--Better luck next time if you go again-gl to us all :)

noticed there was suppose to have been a tournament out there today. anyone know the results? i've not fished a tournament, not really for them or against them per se, just curious if there was a big turn out or not.

personally, i go to cc for the beach access. that right there is a thing of beauty. all that white sand rippling water.

The "Beach" use it every time I go. Can't wait till they build that mariana(NOT).
