Float and Fly Dec. 7 and 8
I got a call from Stephen Headrick saying folks wanted the schedule and where we were having the seminars. I apologize for not having it posted but the restaurant we used last time is closed.. So.. I have decided that due to the low number of reservations that we should be able to have the seminars in the Motel Kitchen.
I will bring some hot dogs and chilli and some cheese and you can have something to eat while we do the seminars.. IF that is too small we may be able to use one of the Cabins that has a fairly large Den and Kitchen area even larger than the motel.
I apologize for the confusion but since Thomas had reported only 2 people getting rooms, I thought we could do this on the Fly and figure it out as we went.. but apparently more of you are planning to come but are not staying at the Motel or in a Cabin.
PLEASE.. if you are coming let me know. I need a count so I can figure out where we need to take the Seminars too.

7:30 Seminar
Saturday Morning 7AM or safe light Casting demonstration and Big Fish Tournament $10.00
Saturday Night 4PM Dinner if you want .. let Jim Dicken know. I will bring some Venison Burgers if I get my deer processed by then.

We will have info about where the Seminars are going to be held at Horse Creek. MOST LIKELY we will have it at the Motel or in one of the Cabins that has a BIG Den area that holds about 25 people.
So far fewer than 10 have signed in.. and only 2 of the rooms booked at Horse Creek have been reserved stating they were coming for Float and Fly weekend.

I will not be able to figure out where to have the seminars until I know how many are coming. As of Wednesday only 2 had called Horse Creek to reserve a room.. so I had figured only about 10 people max.. which is small enough to do it in the Motel.

As of today, I will just be arriving to fish on Saturday morning. It's possible that I might get a room and come down on Friday night for the seminar, but I'm just one person so it probably does not make much difference. Just thought I'd reply.

I have booked a room at the Motel and will be arriving on Friday. Plan on fishing Saturday and possibly Sunday.

I hate it that I can't make it. Even if Elnut wasnt sick and my partner BJE could go I still can't make it.
