2008 Kentucky Fishing Guide Books

Has anyone seen the new KDFWR Fishing and Boating Guide manuals? Seems like those fellas on the front cover are a little over the limit with walleyes and saugers. I didn't know if I was interpretting the law incorrectly or if this was an oversight by the department. I'm not trying to instigate any trouble just wanting to know if maybe I'm missing something.

I believe they are sauger and they look to be on the bank of the Ohio River. If so, the limit is 10 fish, no size limit. I thought the same thing until I counted the fish on each stringer. 10 fish. Nice stringers.
