Don't know about Green but no way Cumberland on the lower end is muddy. I'd say clear as a bell. Upper or East end you might find some color. Give us a report if you go.

I was on the lake on Monday - the day the forecasters were saying 60 deg. They only missed by about 15 deg. But Monday was my last day of freedom as I've started working on my masters. So it was nice just to be out.
Green is muddy muddy muddy. I put in at the state ramp drove all the way over past Holmes Bend - muddy. Drove up in Butler Creek - muddy. Came back past the state ramp and drove on over well past the state park - muddy.
I marked some fish in some of the cuts and coves straight across from the dam and state ramp, but couldn't catch anything. I was experimenting with the fnf, but missed one and had one come off fishing a jig.
I also fished the exposed island right out of the no wake buoys at the state, marked some fish, but didn't get any bites.
Good luck to you

I would tend to agree with MHALL about LC, but if you want to check with the guys in the know, consider posting the question on the forum at http://www.lakecumberland.com/
Good Fishing,
